Payment for Sessions
By appointment only and payment is due at the time of the session by e-transfer or credit card. Receipts are provided for insurance or tax purposes.
A valid credit card is required on your file at the time of the booking for your convenience, and in case of an unpaid balance, no-show or late cancellation.
Reduced Rate
We believe everyone deserves access to quality care, regardless of financial situation. A few spaces are reserved each month at a reduced rate for those experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out if cost is a concern.
Cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the session fee.
To switch from online to nature-based or vice versa, please give at least 2 hours notice, otherwise the session stays the same as originally booked.
