Hello

I’m Sara (she/her) a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, candidate 

I've always been called to counselling, and intuitively knew my path would lead me here.  Throughout my 20's I spent my time traveling over 20 countries and healing my own wounds.

  • In 2012 I became an Event Planner and helped several charities raise money to help people

  • In 2018 I worked at WorkBC supporting a diverse population with their employment journey

  • I continued to facilitate at-risk youth programs that guided young people with their life skills, securing employment and navigating life's roadblocks

  • ​In 2020, I transitioned to Sunshine Coast Health Centre (SCHC) supporting men with their mental health and addiction's

  • In 2022, I continued to work at SCHC and Georgia Strait Women's Clinic supporting women with their mental health and addiction's

I'm a parent, wife and someone who has lived experience with addictions and ADHD. I understand that life can feel like a grind, and self-confidence fluctuates. 

As your guide, we will filter the bullshit beliefs and patterns that are limiting your potential, and process the pain that burdens your heart. 

I support people navigating trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, abuse, grief, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, self-harm, stress, anger,  employment, self-esteem, relationships, intimacy challenges, perfectionism, identity, and shame.
