Hello

Hey, I’m Sara (she/her), the founder of Sacred Shore. My work is about helping people move through the muddy parts of themselves and release burdens of pain. I believe that beneath the layers of trauma, maladaptive coping strategies, and self-doubt, everyone has a capacity to live a fulfilling life.

Through deep trauma work, cultivating self-love, and expanding our tolerance for life’s challenges, I support clients in healing their wounds and stepping into an empowered way of being.

I am here as a guide to walk alongside you, to challenge your beliefs that hold you back, and caring for the injured parts of yourselves that crave love, safety and understanding.
